Last time I replaced an entire trunkfloor, it was for a BJ8. It's good to stay in practice!

The owner of this car (2002 Z3 3.0 Rdstr) asked me to change out his trunfloor (with spare tire well) to one from an ///M Rdstr that would accommodate a future dual exhaust conversion.
I just happened to have the needed part in my basement:
Remove the original differential mount & spare tire carrier pivot:
After drilling out the spotwelds holding in the floor:
