Might have been posted before i'm looking to lower the front and rear end because the car justs sits to high i'm running 195 65 r15 its a bj8 ,any thoughts or pics

Accepted practice for the front is to use spacers between the lower control arms and spring pan; may require the use of altered bump stops (upper & lower) too. There are kits commercially available.

Similarly, a spacer block between the rear axle perches and springs would acheive a reduced ride height.

I'm already dragging on everything, so I've neither needed nor tried either method.

I lowered my BJ8 using the spacer method:
