I'm tearing the gearbox apart on my TR3 to replace bearings and sychros. The box was OK before I started the resto, except for a weak 2nd gear synchro and some bearing noise. I got the box totally disassembled, except for the clutch shift fork and shaft. The retaining bolt was of course sheared, and I guess enough of it is sticking out of the hole to not allow the fork to slide off the shaft.
Any way to get this sucker off short of cutting the fork or the shaft?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
