My office is across from a storage room that is rarely open.

But we're undergoing a building renovation so there was workmen in there today.

When I looked in I saw shelves with these weird things on them.

They look sort of familiar........

My daughter watches the show "Revolution" about an electromagnetic pulse that "kills" all electronics. She maintains that if this really happened she would immediately go to our church and find all the manual stuff - typewriters etc. - where they are kept "just in case."
