I put in a used 110 V compressor that didn't have a tank. I hooked up two truck tanks (to control moisture) and fired up the compressor. The unit performed perfectly until I unplugged it made an adjustment and tried to plug it back in. The motor sounded like it wanted to turn but the compressor was not letting it. After letting the air bleed off the compressor started right up. I have looked at a neighbor's and I had the pressure valve in the right place. I have taken apart what looks like an unloader valve on the side and it had those pesky bee larva in it. I cleaned it out but have not tried the motor yet. The motor runs fine and is wired 110 so that is not a problem. Is the bug the problem or do I need to look at something else?
