I'm putting the GT6+ back together after what turned into a 2 1/2 year (so far) restoration. I'm stumped at the drivers side duct work routing. I have the factory manual and a few other publications that show how it all fits together but nothing shows how it relates to the braces, cables, and wires in that little bit of space. This is the one area I didn't take a picture of before tearing everything out. Does anyone have a shot looking up under the driver side dash that would show the heater ducts? The GT6+ (Mk II) and Mk III have a similar layout in that area and I would imagine that the 70-72 Spitfires would also have the same layout.
Project summary: All brake components rebuilt/replaced, electrical system restored to near-original (PO did a real number on it), rough body work all done (new pans and rockers/sills, all rust cut out and patch panels welded in) and the body is back on the chassis, new walnut dash panels made, local LBC expert took it a few months ago to tweak my engine-related efforts and made it run oh-so-sweet! The next big step is the finish body work and paint and the painter can't get to it until August. That'll give me time to work on the many little things that need attention.
Any help on the duct work routing is greatly appreciated.
Dave
