I happened on this website offering all sorts of scale model British cars. The white TR4A appears to have a TR4 nose emblem. Maybe you can spot other items off spec. https://www.diecastx.com/store/british.html
I have the red TR4 and it's pretty nice. Also it's about the only TR4 or 4A available other than old Dinkys. You are right, the white TR4A does have a TR4 badge on the front.
I also have SunStar's GT6 and Spitfire in both 1/18 and 1/43. Again, not bad models,(they are heavy!) and the only ones available as far as I know. I especially like the 1/43 GT6 MKIII. Most of these models can be found on ebay at better prices.
For another look at these models, you can find them on my site: https://www.geocities.com/britishiron2000/models.html
Revell is supposed to put out a 1/18 TR4 late this year. I have their MGA FHC it's a pretty nice car except for the grill which appears to be printed on mylar. Take a look at this site. This looks like a nice one
I found a model car distributor in the UK.I was trying to locate a 1/18th scale TR4A and they have 3; red, green and blue.
Ok they cost a little more including international shipping, and they are right hand drive, but they look to be quality models. Check them out, the Triumphs are under the roadcar tab.
