It was about 45f when I got home today, so I skipped the gym and went out to the garage. Dug the floor jack out of the shed, checked the fluids and tires, reinstalled the battery, and off we went!

Spent about an hour tooling around the valley where I live. Pretty snug, really, with the top and side curtains up, though the yellowed side curtains really need some help.

Drew, Looks great and sounding strong. Bugsy I believe will wake up tomorrow and go for his first drive as well. Front end rebuild is complete. Issue with turning key and no joy identifed as battery related. I'm hoping to hear Vroom, Vroom myself tomorrow.

Fantastic! the scenery is awesome too. I am thinking that just maybe Friday Ms Triss may have to peep out of the garage.

Now all you need to do is get it in shape to join the Caravan from the Northwest to Wisconsin in July...

Unfortunately it's not the car but my schedule that prevents me from going. I'm bummed, but that's the way it goes this time around.

That's a bit of exhaust resonance from some problems I'm having with the exhaust right now. That needs to be fixed, but it does sound nice on full song.

Got out for about 45 minutes tonight as well. Storms coming in over the next week, so I figured I'd get in a bit more driving while I still could.

Now it's time to get to some of the deferred projects.

Me too!! about an hour before dark I took the $500.00 Midget for its first serious drive. I laid the top back (how do you fold the tops down?) and drove till I needed the headlights on bright.

It was about 60 degrees and good sky.

I watched that 3 times..it does inspire!
Either my eyes are playing tricks on me..or it looks like your front bumper, passenger side is moving/vibrating at the :52 - :54 mark (right after start up). Might give it a tug to be 2x sure the bolts are tight.
Enjoy your drives! (looks like you are)!

Drew, thanks for allowing me to go on the ride with you. If it ever stops raining, I am hoping for road test two with my Bugeye this weekend.

I'll give it a check next time I go over the car. I'm sure there's plenty loose!

Start with the nut behind the wheel!

(I apologize for any offense, someone was bound to say it and I couldn't resist....LoL)
