Hi, looking for a nice low mile tr6, looking specifically rot free original car with overdrive, does anyone here have a car like this, or know anybody who I could possibly contact? Regards.
There is a '76 on Craigslist Pittsburgh that's being represented as a 38k car. I'm not familiar with the car, but pictures and price
indicate it needs some finishing work. Doesn't look like it has OD though.
I was watching that red car, WOW ! 10,500 insane, car was not running, and who knows about the miles, and looked like it could need a few more things! The thousands just keep adding up!
Possibly not insane if the buyer was in the LA area and got a good look at it.
Our club does resurrections from time to time and cars that were parked in the 90s are usually much easier to start up and get running well than cars that have been parked for a year or so (due to modern gas formulae).
Good point, i was just assuming that the car needed paint rugs, and possibly other thousands into the engine. I can understand the gas problem though, i purchased a '69 tr6 that had been sitting for an extended period, then owners son started restoration and dropped it again, and car ran great! (with the acception of a new water pump) Still looking for a nice rot free car!
