So I picked it up this afternoon, and in the 90 degree temp drove it home with hardtop on -how else to get the ht home- and after 20 +/- fun, sweaty miles, coming up my street to park in front of the house, IT DIED /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Seems to be electrical because the starter wouldn't engage and the brake & turn signal lights are out. After a few minutes trying to explain to duhwifey that LBC's do these kind of things, there was contact with the starter and up we went to park it. So now, this is wired very much like a late 50's TR, AH or MG...depending on which Lucas design fault Daimler wanted to incorporate.( PO converted to neg ground) I have not even opened the bonnet to check fuses, so there are myriad possibilities. Any other thoughts?? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
