Now how scary is it if you have the procedure for removing the radiator memorized? Took me about an hour and a half to pull the radiator and swap the water pump, and things were going pretty smoothly until I put the radiator back in... And saw the fan blade wasn't in there. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif Good thing I hadn't poured the coolant in yet. So, back out again, bolt the fan blade in, and got things put back together. The shaft seal on the old pump was definitely worn out. Just feeling the resistance of it on the new pump told me the old seal was pretty far gone. Best part of the whole process was now there are no coolant leaks! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
