During the ongoing restoration process of my BJ7 not everything or everybody has been a pleasant surprise.
Well I sure don't mind sharing the name of someone who truly knows the importance of customer service and quality. Even though I ordered my interior kit through Heritage Upholstery their were issues with seat fitment/alignment and product installation. To my rescue came Dave Gallagher of Phoenix Upholstery in Vancouver B.C. who finished what was lets just say a bad dream of BJ8/BJ7 parts with the ever popular diamond tuff interior and lots of parts missing in between.
I've learned that some things in life are best left to the experts and this was definitely one of them. Not only am I happy with his workmanship but this chap went well beyond the call of duty in looking after my best interest. From correcting bad body panel fitment to showing up at the bodyshop to point out the flaws in they're workmanship. Truly a master in his trade and others as proven to me.
I know Dave has just ventured out on his own in supplying and installing Austin Healey interiors. If the service he gave me is any indication of how well he'll do then I know he'll be a success. You can check him out at www.phoenixupholstery.ca
