Inner Wishbone Bushes

The inner wishbone/spring pan fulcrum pins came out easily. Will I require a machine shop to press out the old/press in the new bushes? Appears to be a sleeve in there?

no. they just go in - metal sleeve is not part of the new bushes.

They are just rubber bushings but they do have a metal inner sleeve.
If the pins came out, then the inner metal sleeves are not a problem.
Put the A arm in a vise, use a suitable socket and tap out the rubber bushings, if they are problematic, heat them or should I say light them on fire with a torch until they soften up or melt a little and they will come out.

Usual safety about torches, flames, and toxic rubber smoke disclaimer goes here.

To install the new bushings, install one side on each end of the arm, there is a small hole and a large hole in the frame where it bolts up, install the bushing in the small hole before offering it up into the frame.
Now install the second bushing from outside the frame in the large hole.

If you are talking about wishbone threaded bushings, not the rubber bushings and replacing the fulcrum pin/kingpins I just completed this on Bugsy my '68. The wishone threaded bushings are brazed in place. I was able to obtain new Wishbone bushings from Apple Hydraulics. I found I could not get unbrazed with the torch I have at home and the technique to get all aligned is rather tricky. I decided this was best left to someone who had done the job before. I shipped wishbones off to Apple and they returned 5 days later with new bushings brazed in, fully painted and all cleaned up. If you are going to install a majopr suspension kit the kingpins need to be bushed so they fit into the spindle. Peter C at Worldwide Imports will rebush spindles. Again great service, back to my doorstep in 3-4 days.

Total cost to redo the front end correctly includes a Major Suspension Kit from MOSS or VB, New Wishbone bushings from Apple,and Kingpin Reaming from World Wide Imports, Shipping,about $500.00. Difference in handling and feel is amazing. This is the 2nd most expensive part of restroing a Spridget and the one most often overlooked.

Bugsy has 1 Front Spring to fit and PS caliper to reinstall. On his wheels this coming weekend finally. Now if the weather would cooperate jsut a little...

Actually, they ARE available from Moss. Part 282-310 says use 282-305. They are the same bushing as the upper outer trunion bushing on an MGB.
I find this problem a lot. Moss's website, and others' (mine included) can have problems. Just email or call them or use the paper catalog which is much more reliable. By the way, you've got great resources near you as well. The best bushing to use is a Y9 from Quinton-Hazel (in UK) but lots of people in the States have them. (ahem)
