They are just rubber bushings but they do have a metal inner sleeve.
If the pins came out, then the inner metal sleeves are not a problem.
Put the A arm in a vise, use a suitable socket and tap out the rubber bushings, if they are problematic, heat them or should I say light them on fire with a torch until they soften up or melt a little and they will come out.

To install the new bushings, install one side on each end of the arm, there is a small hole and a large hole in the frame where it bolts up, install the bushing in the small hole before offering it up into the frame.
Now install the second bushing from outside the frame in the large hole.
