Front shock and swivel axle gap

I just got my new refurbished a-arms and shocks. The driver's side lines up nicely with only a couple millimeters in between. My passenger side however has a gap of about a centimeter. I know the bushings will take up some of that, but should I be concerned enough to seek an exchange on the a-arm? I've been assured the shock is true.

The bushings may not be seated. On mine, I worked the a-arm up and down a few times and then it was within a few millimeters.

Ok, I'm going to try that. I put the driver's side together this weekend. It feels good to be putting things back together instead of taking them apart.
