My 1960 3000 is a rebuild done around 1990. The electrical system(IE lights, blinkers, starter, key switch all appear to be wrapped together in the same cloth covering from an original.Recently my turn signals stopped working. The box that "Clicks" makes it's noise when you manually move the the turn lever from side to side. The green light turn signal indicator now has a habit of staying lit all the time, even in the neutral position, until I "Jiggle" some wires around behind the dash. I can see the wires that go to the indicator. When I hit a bump it comes on again. disconecting the green indicator does not have any effect on making the flashers work, unless I manualy just move the lever back and forth. Anyone have any ideas. I do not want to replace the flasher box if it not related to the green indicator light staying on and if " jiggling" the wires or turning off the light completly still does not allow the flashers to work.
