Aloha Mitch,
Copper tubing, like that used in plumbing does not have a sufficient strength do be used in a hydraulic braking system. The standard steel 3/16 Bundy tubing used as brake lines has a burst string of about 12000 psi. It is a double wall low carbon steel coated with copper, rolled 720 degrees and then welded. Copper nickel alloy (kunifer) tubing is often used as a replacement for steel Bundy tubing as brake lines for corrosion concerns and is much stronger than copper tubing.
As recommended you could either confirm with Tony or Moss customer service if the brake lines are copper nickel or not. I suspect you will find they are kunifer. Perhaps you should recommend the improve the description of the product offering in the catalog.
