I ended up having to work yesterday and was not able to make it with or without the midget. I still don't have everything squared away on mine yet.

Lot's of MGBs. Tons of Triumphs (TR2 and TR3 were the featured marque I believe). A couple of TVRs A few Lotus including a Westfield IX. Lots of old and new Minis Not many Jags. A nice Riley. Several MGTDs. Several big Healeys. A couple of Morgans. This was probably the largest entry I've seen for this show. Beautiful site.

The Austin Healey Club of America Southeastern Conclave will be in Townsend in September 2009. The Smokey Mountain Club will be the host with help from the Carolina and Atlanta clubs. All y'all mark your calendars.

That sounds like a good one! Post back here when they set a date. Townsend is only about 6-hours from me, and that is taking back roads.

Oh my!! I'm glad those bugeye's werent at Eurofest last year :laugh:


Wish I could have made that show, lots to see it appears. We need to get more of those bugeye on this site.

I failed to mention that Kraig Hilbink's BRG Bugeye is for sale at $14,900. Lots of upgrades. I believe he is from Crossville, Tennessee.

My bad on the BCF cards. Should'a thought of that.

Really sorry I missed you, Ray. Tinkerman and I both had our BCF T-shirts on, but NO ONE asked about it!

I, too, forgot the cards, but I did talk it up a bit. Hopefully, we'll have some newcomers.

Were you around the MGBs or TR7/8s? My son, who has a TR7 and a TVR Tasmin, spent most of his time there especially around the TVRs.

Janet and I were in the back with the TR8 (red one). The sun was pretty bright, so we "camped out" under a tent near the TR3's. Tinkerman had some of his TR3 pieces on a table in front of us.

Picture 20 of 21. That whole console thing with arm rest is that a standard add-on from somewhere? I was thinking of adding the MGB map holder thing in the foot-well and the arm rest thing to my Midget.
