I think it's a Garrett T3 turbo unit. Not a turbo for a TR3. But still interesting.

Look at their other items for sale. The same kit appears dozens of other times with different keywords in the title like "Honda Civic Del Sol" or "Volkswagen Audi TT ..."

It's just a way to get their generic kit to appear in your Triumph TR3 search.
