This will probably be an interesting experience. I am buying a 1974 Midget and know nothing about MG's. Tony Barnhill was good enough to give me some of his thoughts but other than that about all I know about this car is that the top folds and it has four wheels.
I got into this by accident, just like I got into my TR6. Although I did know something of Triumphs, Now having had 4 of them, the first in 1965.
The guy that owned this car was restoring it and died before it was finished. A good friend of his and mine helped out his widow by taking it off her hands. My friend is a Mopar collector and not interested in British cars. I went to look at it to help him find a buyer and decided to just buy it myself.
These are some pics that I took and give some idea what I am up to. There is a lot of dust on it from sitting.

I have a couple of current projects that need finishing, retirement is beginning to make working seem easy.
