Every two weeks or so, I have to replace the nuts on the 3 studs that keep the flange snug.
I've tried shakeproof washers, double nuts and 50lbs of torque. Gravity has a way of making these nuts disappear.
Anyway, this flange was the culprit for my engine bay ghost heat (and why I felt sleepy and happy after about 1 hours drive) because it leaked enough with one missing, but not enough for it to sound course, as it does when two drop off.
Just wandered if there is a trick I can play without welding to keep these on?
