Hi,
I am newcomer to this forum but I have been a member of the mailing list for many years. I have an unrestored 1965 BJ8 and a 1967 BJ8 that I just acquired this week.
The 65 has always been a pain to start after sitting idle for while and I will be doing more work to isolate the cause of this problem.
The immediate challenge with the 67 is that it has been sitting (in a residential garage) for 30 years and the tires are in shreads so I need to get tires on those wheels so it can roll.
Best Regards
Jorge

Hi Jorge...this forum is a fantastic resource and a great place to spend time. Here's a thought, maybe you can borrow wheels from the other to get the 67 rolling again?

Welcome to the forum Jorge. You'll find lots of help and lots of sympathy if needed here. Good luck with your AH and always consult here first before you plan a project.

Glad to hear there still is AH stored in garages for 30 years.
Good survivors are hard to find.
