Mounting Bracket for Bugeye, Water/Oil Pressure Gauge

I am just now re-assembling my dashboard and I have found that I am missing the bracket for the water/oil gauge. It looks like it would be easy to fabricate, but like most everything i do, I am over thinking it. I have another bracket that is the wrong one, but it has grommets (nylon) where the bracket mounts to the gauge (2 holes).
Now my question: Is there need for grommets in the bracket I will fabricate? I am thinking (over thinking), that this gauge should or could be insulated from the ground and need grommets?

Also, I am missing the hardware that holds the turn signal green jewel. I have the jewel and the chrome piece that holds the jewel. Anyone have this hardware they would love to part with?

Paul, if you have the original oil/temp gauge you will need a place to mount the light on that bracket as well.

Can't help on the jewel....those part's may be unobtainium!

I have the bracket for the gas gauge, so can fabricate (hopefully) a bracket for the water/oil gauge. with a holder for the bulb, using the gas gauge bracket as a pattern.

Other than as a vibration dampener, I can think of no reason why the oil/water gauge should need to be insulated. The capillary tube and expansion bulb for the gauge are metal and grounded. The oil pressure is mechanical and sections of its line are also grounded. For the illumination to work you will need a ground connection for the bulb mount anyway.
