Heeeeeeeeee's back. When the window is rolled up should the top of the glass be underneath the top side rail or next to it. Still trying to get them darn window seals to to their job. Sorry should have said its a TR6 for those that might not know what kind of TR i have. Thanks

My windows roll up on the outside of the aluminum channels that hold the rubber seals. The seals tends to push against the edge of the glass to seal and the top velcros down against the top of the glass. The edge of my glass is about even with and outside of the bottom edge of the aluminum channels. Make sense?

Man, you haven't finished those windows yet!

I've never had so much trouble with something in all my life. Unless I got defective seals they just don't want to press up against the glass. I'm getting closer but can't seem to get that last little bit. I adjusted the channels as much as I could and also adjusted the top frame. Maybe its the winder mechanism thats preventing that last little bit. I don't see what else it could be.

Jeeerrrryyyy,
Did you take the windows completely out of the doors yet? That was the only way I could make mine act right. Really just a weekend project. Well, a long weekend.....

No Bill I didn't. What will I accomplish by doing this. What should I be looking for when I take it apart. Remember I have already replaced the channels about a year ago. But if you think that taking it apart will help then thats what I will do. I will try anything at this point. oh btw thanks
