It looks like a decent car.
The good news: It has an original Icknield tach with the Berkeley logo. These are scarce as hen's teeth and often go for more than $500 by themselves. The tach drive is still on the engine.
The not so good news: The engine has either been replaced or has had the center cylinder removed. It's a 2 cyl Excelsior with 328cc's of gravel-scratching power, but the car originally would have had a 492cc 3 cylinder Excelsior (the model designation is S-E492, as in "Sports, Excelsior, 492cc").
There are a few non-Berk items (e.g. the exhaust system) but they look well done.
Prices are going crazy for Berk stuff, at least on eBay. A differential just went for over $300, a so-so but pretty 328 just went for $8000 in CA, and so on. Crazy.
