Looking for information / identification.

I have a radiator that appears to be for a Bugeye or MK1 Midget, MK2 Sprite.
It is thicker than standard, has no fan shroud and has larger inlet and outlet.
The really interesting thing is on the top tank it has a tag that reads:

Manufactured By
Morris Motors Ltd
Radiators Branch.
Oberton Works OXFORD.
ARA 0092 000 0001

(that's what it looks like)

Here is another picture.
The central part with the fins, the core, is 2.75" thick.
The inlet/outlets are 1.5" inside diameter.

Looks like the radiator on my Dads old Morris Oxford from a 'few' years back.

A chap in England confirms it's an early Bugeye Sprite radiator.

Also John Sprinzel writes:

"I don't think I ever saw one like that, but clearly special radiators were always being made. As you know, the early Sprites had big overheating problems, as the bonnet itself had no ducts for the air, which just went around the rad. and not through it, until a duct was incorporated. Running prototypes around Warwick wasn't exactly like driving one on the Alpine Rally in June in the French Alps .
Aloha. John"

Now, what about the rest of the numbering? "000 0001" has got to mean something, usually it's the first (possibly only) of a thing.

Probably more of a model number than a serial number.

I really wanted to look him up last fall when we went to Maui, but we were busy with all the things we had planned to do for our anniversary.
If you've been around British cars for a while things tend to l accumulate, not only parts and cars but associations and relationships and memberships etc...
So now I need to get Ray English in Australia to take a look, I figure if he doesn't know it then it's probably not worth knowing.
