'79 midget 1500.
So I replaced the half axle, adjusted the rear brakes per the manual (wheels spin with just a hint of the shoes rubbing) But the parking brake is still too loose. If I pull the hand brake ALL the way up, the car will still roll on a hill or if pushed hard.
I can't seem to locate any way to adjust the parking brake... The three places I see are at each wheel, and there the cable meets the "bar" just inside of the left wheel. There appears to be a "bolt" at each of these three locations, but there's no way that a wrench or socket will fit, an there does not seem to be any threads. It's almost like it's swedged together.
