Hey all,
Had to purchase a new extension panel - piece that attaches
to the gearbox cover between it and the main bulkhead -
for my BN6. Original one was lost during the restoration
by the previous owner and I'm still completing the project.
I got this one from AH Spares and most of their sheet metal
I have used over the past few years has fit well. This one
will have to have some cutting done but main question I have
is - should there be a gap at the top of the extension panel
as it is sitting up against the bulkhead ? This gap is about
1/2 inch and if I modify it to rest flush then I pull away
from the gearbox cover. Hope I'm describing it so it makes
sense. Seems like the one I had on a BN1 and had not been
fiddled with also had a gap there.
Thanks,
Mike
