Does anybody know if this look like the right shut face finisher set for a BJ7? The top doesn’t seem to fit right. Maybe it just needs to be trimmed. If it is how does the piping attach between the trim piece and the shut pillar assembly? Any help or pics is much appreciated!

Apparently, the repros need to be trimmed at the top. https://www.britishcarforum.com/bcf...ut-face-finisher-where-to-purchase-a-good-set Here's a picture of the original ones on my BJ7. The windlacing is put on behind the finisher and held in place between the shut face and the finisher.

Yep they require some CAREFULL trimming and massaging (beating into shape) to get the fit you need . Remember every car is different and sillpositions and shut face placement etc are not all the same .

You might want to remove the core of the black vinyl trim near the top end where it makes a sharp curve.
