Yup, it's that island guy again, asking more stupid questions.
I am attempting to install a complete new wire harness in my 69TR. I cannot read a wire diagram nor do I have help available here. Nor am I able to use any of the electronic testing devices I have been told to purchase. The original color coded wires were long gone.
But I am an architect and therefore I can follow the colors on the diagram and look for the objects they end up at. (When I know what the object looks like!)
But I am stumped on a small item. Nothing in the dash board was functional when we bought the auto. I am taking apart and refurbishing all the dials and gauges. Many of them have holes in the back that I assume small light bulbs fit into. Some I can figure out, others I have not a clue.
So today's stupid questions from Tinster:
1. What is a "trafficator" and where do I find this object in the auto??
Thanks as always. I cannot begin to thank you kind folks enough. I could not accomplish this very difficult complete restoration without your input. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif
