Sorry, I didn't record the group numbers and I can't find them on the batteries. But it looks like one car has a Group 74 that was a _very_ snug fit (but was what my FLAPS had listed as fitting a Stag); while the other car has a Group 25 that actually has some extra room around it. The group 25 is rated 500 CCA and 100 RC, which seems to be adequate.
At least on my cars, I also need to move the windshield washer reservoir and carbon canister out of the way, before moving the PS pump. Fortunately they are both in clips so they lift out easily. Watch that the pump stays upright, otherwise it will leak and make a mess.
There is supposed to be a sort of cradle made of nylon(?) webbing around the battery. If yours isn't there, I suggest getting a carry strap that grabs the posts to remove the old battery, and then making something up before reinstalling. Mine is nylon webbing from the local surplus house, held together with pop rivets & washers.
