My 1960 TR-3A had a telescoping steering column. I am installing a Mustang II front end (rack and pinion). Since my column was telescoping I do not know the correct position for a fixed steering wheel. Can someone please provide four measurments all from the back of the wheel.
1-Top left approximately 10 o'clock from the back of the steering wheel to the leather cap surrounding the cockpit.
2-Top right approximately 2 o'clock from the back of the steering wheel to the leather cap surrounding the cockpit.
3-Bottom right approximately 4 o'clock from the back of the steering wheel to the bottom of the dash.
4-Bottom left approximately 8 o'clock from the back of the steering wheel to the bottom of the dash.
Thank you-Tom
