I'm a trouble maker...Says Youtube

Well guys, I've gone and done it. And I'm being called on it.
A while ago I made a walk around video of my restoration of the Healey. I added two songs as back ground music.

It seems my bad for not getting permission to use one or maybe in reality, any song. I of course meant no harm and was not aware that I should not have done this. I will of course remove the song...At Last, by Etta James.

Thought that some of you may also be unaware of these infringements and so I am offering my shameless act in this regard, in order to spare you the same hand slapping.

Here is the email, Youtube sent me:

ausmhly, interesting, great tune, thanks for the heads up, id referred to that tune "at last" by etta james a time or two while bantering with keoke, tried to get it to play on the forum but was unable.

Well, I just finished adding another track to replace At Last. But you'll have to visit my video to find out what song I used. Video has not been approved yet. Hopefull it's not being monitored by the same person.

we are thrilled about your professionality. Because of your professionality,I think you have to pay for the poor artists company .... ;-)
:crazy: . If I see the bad trash on youtube...nothing for my kids...Without joke,this is the real crazyness of internet in the 20th.
Be cool, enjoy it on your harddisk or find another solution to publish. I will say it with your words ..cheers Michael
