TR4/4A TR4 Fan Extension Dog Bolt Torque

I know that I have asked this before and I know that I wrote it down somewhere. I can't find it on search.

What is the torque setting for this bolt?

I wish I could quote something, as I just went through all this. I lined up the pulley with the fan extension per spec, held the crankshaft from turning (my oil pan was off so that was easy), then tightened the dog bolt with torque wrench to about 75 lbs. After what I went through to get that beast off (hours of antics), I guess I was too afraid of stripping the threads to go tighter. Someone on this board told me to tighten it to 100 lbs, but that spec does not appear in the Manual. The manual just says to tighten until the starter dogs line up to "ten minutes to four." That doesn't seem to mandate a torque of 100 lbs, but maybe others have more information. In addition, tell me if I'm wrong, but I don't think my TR4A dog bolt has any starter dogs.

Pretty much like Kentville....used an impact wrench and swag'd about 75 ft lbs. No problem for 4k miles.
Just did the same with the bolt that replaces the dog bolt when not using the fan, hasn't flown off yet.

Last time I did it I had the sump pan off and was able to lock the crank. This time I don't and I don't have an impact wrench either. I have made up a bar that picks up on the fan attach bolts and will try to lock it up.
