Ditto. My BN7 came with two similarly installed mirrors marked Harley Davidson. I do have a bit of trouble keeping them in position, and of course they have to be removed when the curtains come on. Not likely for me down here in Florida. I am now a one-eyed person after countless surgeries (still playing tennis!) so mirrors are particularly important. I am a fan of what are called Autobon (sic?) mirrors, which mount on the left side of the windshield and give a view of cars alongside of you on the left. I have one in my daily driver Porsche 968. I have now put a slightly modified one top left on the Healey windshield, and it is really dramatically great. I had trouble with the sticky backer that held it on the windshield--I have a non adjustable fat steering wheel--and I would occasionally knock it off. I bought a somewhat similar but optically poor version from Harbor Freight to obtain a ball and socket rubber cup to attach the German-made mirror to the windshield. I had to cut off the ball and socket from the Harbor Freight version to fit it to the German mirror. Frankly, it is superior to the other mirrors on my car, giving a really great view to the rear.
