Hello all,
I am trying to remove the A/C unit that sits under the dash of my 1969 XKE roadster and restore the dash to its original appearance (A/C is not functional anyway). I've found all of the trim needed including the radio console but I am unable to find any part that permits me to mount the ignition switch to the steering column. The switch is currently mounted to the front panel on the A/C unit and of course that mount will no longer be available once the unit is removed. There is nothing on my steering column I could find that would permit the switch to be attached.
Any ideas, suggestions, solutions from members of the forum would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!
