clutch master cylinder bore diameter?

How do I figure out which one I have? Is it the internal bore of the main housing?

I know the car doesn't have the original and I just want to make sure before I order a rebuild kit?

Yes. Just measure the inside diameter of the cylinder bore, or the outside diameter of the piston that came out of the bore.
