yes but I think you must paint the top coat within a specified time or use their tie coat or use their new special top coat (if beyond the time frame). Best to check the Por-15 site for more info and/or ask some questions at their forum so someone at the company can steer you straight.
Then again, I don't like the hassle of Por-15 .. I prefer to sandblast, wirebrush as much of the rust as possible, use Zero rust as a primer and a good industrial coating for the topcoat. Rattle can works o.k. for some parts but if it's in an area that gets abuse it won't last long. Anyway, just my opinion /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
