Fancy! How did you get the curves and lines so smooth and straight?

Thanks JP, the tubing comes in a roll. You have to straighten the tubing first in order to begin your bends. I measure off what I need with an additional inch on each side where the tubing will be crimp. Stick one end into a vice and bend 90 degrees then take some large vice grips and crimp the other end. Pull the tubing as straight as you can. I use a one pound hammer while hammering the vice grips crimp at 90 degrees, with a few hard whacks the tubing will straighten. As far as the bends, I use a tubing bender to make the radius look nice.

You know those pics qualify as "Bugeye Porn."

Someday I hope Bugsy II can look half as nice.

Red interior I hope? It will indeed pop.

I want to see that bias all to front and a tire smoke engulfment burnout.
Beautiful work. Lots of progress. You've come a LONG way.

Thanks Jim, yes the interior will be mostly red consisting of seats, panels, and dash. Carpet will be black Wilton wool. I’ll have aluminum frame covers with polish stainless heated doors.

Very neat looking. Makes mine look primitive but I'm glad no one else will see mine.

Who did your seats? Are those from the Tim Kruso the TR-3 guy?
