Wow..Thats a rough one!....Still might be restorable....I'd hate to see a TC go to waste.
 
& if he just did a Google, he'd probably find most everything he needs!

The parts he needs are out there. He just needs to join a couple vintage MG web sites and ask. The car won't go to waste even if he doesn't restore it. Someone will take it off his hands.
