I have also never had scuttle shake on my BN2. However, I did notice some vibration of medium frequency that I always figured was wheel drums or the wheels themselves. I never balanced my original 48 spoke wheels beyond doing a do it youself static balance with the wheel on the hub. That procedure actually did make it noticeably better at almost all speeds. Jump ahead several years when I bought my "minilite" style wheels with new splined hubs and installed disc brakes in front. There went the rest of my vibration. I have not had my wheels balanced either; I suspect I may just be a bit lucky. I wish there was someone near me who had one of those set-ups for dynamically balancing each installed wheel and tire while on the car.
 
I tried my car (on jack stand) with and without the brake drums and the vibration remains (drive shaft is new), that would come from rear axle...


I noticed that the wheels do not fit correctly to my hub:

when I squeeze my left rear wheel, it is not perpendicular to the hub (wheel hub are new)

When you did this, did you have the wheels mounted?

The drive shaft is new; is it balanced?

You say "the wheels do not fit correctly". Could you give some details? Sounds like a major problem!

- The tests was jacked car without wheels, and without wheels and drums, and there is always tremor (it was to check if the tremor came from unbalanced drums)

- The driveshaft is new and balanced

- when I put my left rear wheel on the hub, it has an important play (the wheel moves)of this fact when I tighten with the nut, the wheel does not pose necessarily correctly (sorry its google translate)

Are you saying that there is play on the wheel ( can turn it back and forth) when you put it onto the splined hub ? There should be little or no play before you tighten up the spinner.

If I read this correctly, the wheel would wobble when rotating. With new hubs, I assume the wheel is old and not true. It needs to be trued or replaced if their is play between the wheel and hub.

- Before tighten the spinner the wheel can wobble (as if the wheel doesn't matches to the hub)

- After tighten the spinner, the wheel is not perpandicular to the hub

Looks like the next step would be to pull the driveshaft out of the tranny and run it on the stands.
This would rule out the whole back end. Could you have a front end problem resonating to the
rear like a harmonic balancer?
 
- I tried the car without drive shaft and there was no vibration from the engine.

- Yes i have front end resonating.

You can balance a out-or-round tire, but you will still have vibration going down the road because of the tire.
 
Looks as if you are going to be looking for new wheels if the splined hubs are new, where did you get the hubs from? and how old are the wheels. Look inside the wheels and try and see if the splines are pointed or worn in any way compared to the splines on your new hubs.

If the wheels are not true to the hub then that will certainly give you scuttle shake, look no further.

- The hubs are new from AH Spares, and for the Wheel, i don’t know i bought the car like that.

- I am looking for new wheels.

Just an interesting note, I have a 97 Ford Ranger, about as cheap and bare bones a vehicle as they have made in a long time. The brake drums have a string of weights on them that look like they have been there a long time. Only vehicle I can remember seeing something like that on.
 
Well AH Spares should not have got that wrong - Just check the receipt for what they supplied - just in case.

Steveg has a point - you could try swapping the wheels around until you get a two on the back ( if that is possible) that look to be true then test the car up on axle stands again. - But if you can hold the wheel top and bottom and push and pull to rock them on the hub with the spinner not tightened up, then I am afraid my friend - the wheels are well past their use by date.
