Changeover was approx TS56376 according to the SPC. But the 10" drums were unavailable for many years, so lots of earlier cars have been converted (including TS39781LO when I got it).
But they are available new today (and I've got several sets stashed away anyway), so I've got no need for them.

Oddly (at Moss anyway) it is now the 9" drums that are NA.

Hey Russ, if you have difficulty finding brake shoes I know there is a place in Greenville that can reline your old shoes. I had them do that to some shoes I needed for a '52 International 1 ton truck. They did a nice job.
If you need the place name i'll try and look it up, just let me know.

I had the linings on the shoes for my 1958 TR3A 10" rear brakes re-lined in 1990. Take in the drums as well, even if they do not need machining for the inside diameter. A good brake shop will match the curve on the shows with the new linings to fit inside the drums properly. I've driven 108,000 miles with then since then.

And, of course, new shoes are available (Classic Gold brand in the case of Moss).
Pricey at 100 bucks for the full set but in my case I was unable to find a local source willing to reline my 10" shoes and I didn't want the down time of sending them off to be worked.

Sorry, I don't have any for sale. But as noted, my FLAPS can send them out to be relined. Last time I had shoes relined (for the Sports 6), the turnaround was only 3 days. They didn't grind the shoes to match the drums, but maybe they would have if I had asked for it.
If you are looking for a bit better heat resistance, Ted Schumacher (TSi) can reline your shoes with 'Kevlar' based material. Can't say what the turnaround time is, though, since I had him deliver them to a Triumph event to save on shipping.
I've never overheated the rear brakes on a TR3, but the ones on the Stag were surprisingly easy to overheat; driving with the handbrake after the hydraulics failed. (Was already on the way to the shop to have the MC replaced among other things.) Fortunately there wasn't any cross traffic !
