Stupid Question..flat tire issue

I knwo this sounds dumb, but my cars sit in the garage most of the time. The Midget's driver side went flat one day. I pumped it up and it was flat again in a few weeks. Now my 93 Pony has the same issue. I havent driven them or moved them and they are in locked garages so how the heck can they keep going flat? Is it from just sitting? Bad valve stems??

slow leak - could be valve stem, could be rim could even be a local nail or two. take off the tire - if you can rotate it through a laundry tub - look for bubbles. Could also use soapy water.

Remember, these are tubeless tires, which have many more places where they can leak than tires using inner tubes. Check around the valve of course, especially where it is pressed into the wheel. Also around the bead. Easiest thing is to start by squirting soapy water on the areas you suspect, then if you don't find the leak, take off the tire and put it in a large tub of water.

It's surprising how little a nail in a tire can leak, and how much a seemingly good bead can leak. Makes you appreciate inner tubes!
