They were about as close to free as you can get even though they are brand new.

Now what - LOL. Any good pictures of these mounted on a TR6?

Time for a vote!

(Yes, yes. I know I should be installing the spin-on oil filter adaptor or be out welding the rust 1971 but this is much more fun...)

Somewhere I've seen mounting brackets that clamp to a flat surface and provide an adjustable light mounting.

How 'bout under the bumper?

I just grabbed a random 122s picture, might be a 123GT, but they are highly similar with little differences in spec.

They did just do a write up on these - neat cars. Pretty robustly built.

i'd say under the bumper for fog lights only . driving lights need to be mounted higher up.

Rob is correct.

Fog lamps go under the fog so you can see the road and are as low as is legal and practical.

Driving lights must stay below headlamp level and in some states cannot run in conjunction with headlamps, IF they are TOO bright. Nothing worse than getting a police officer upset because you came up behind him or headed towards him and blinded him in the process.

Make sure that they are aimed properly a swell.

When they are monted on top of the front bumper, also make sure they won't interfere with the bonnet opening.

Ohhh....good point there Shawn. I don't have them, but I never thought of that.

Could you make up an angled bracket that would mount between the bumper and valance ?
sort of a _/-o affair
Sorry bad art
