Need Adaptor/Fitting

I'm looking for an adaptor/fitting for the clutch
master cylinder on a Cortina MKII (male) bubble flare.
It's 3/8 X 24 thread (male bubble flare) on the
master cylinder,& 7/16 fine (female)bubble flare fitting.
Where can I get one?This is for a girling M/C.

I'm having a hard time visualizing the M/C fitting. Is the M/C a dual chamber one? Can you put up a photo of it? I'm digging thru the pix I have for the MK-I engine bay but haven't found it yet... and it was the Lotus so don't know if they were the same.

Doc, you can see the Clutch M/C in this photo, the next wide shot shows both brake and clutch. If I remember correctly, the clutch M/C's changed from January '68 on though. These pics are of a late 1967 built MkII.

So you're trying to screw a 7/16 fitting into a 3/8 master cylinder port?

Best source I know of for adapters is Pegasus racing.

Might be cleaner just to put the a different fitting on the line. is it steel solid tubing, or the red plastic tubing?
