If anyone has placed an order to Moss since Monday be aware that it may be delayed because their computers are down. They, like most businesses appear to be completely shut down without their computers /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

I had paid for 2 day shipping, so much for that....

Glad I went ground.

They are writing down any changes you want to make, adding / deleting from your order kinds of stuff. When the computers come up they say they will update the order.

The nice lady I spoke to asked if I wanted to make any changes and wanted my invoice number and name. I told her the part number of the item I wanted to drop and she said she would take care of it.

I got my order down on Friady. On my doorstep Mondayt AM. (Ground) Columbus day no less. I was impressed! Quite a few parts too.

I just got my order shipped confirmation email, they didn't drop the item I asked them to.
I called and the rep told me they would pay the return shipping on the item. Not too bad.

Their com[puters went down y'day....everybody is working hard to clear backlog...my wholesale guy is helping over in retail sales & answering me via email...they're about clear, I think.

The lady I originally talked to called me late yesterday afternoon to apologize and tell me that I could return whatever I wanted and they would pay shipping as a refund afterwards. That's some good customer service!

Well you folks have good luck with them, i guess i am the exception on this little deal. I was putting together a large order (700+) on Monday, called to have a question answered. The gent on the phone asked me if i wanted to place my order with him, now it is almost better to just do it online cause then you get a tracking number emailed to you, but i let him talk me into placing it as a phone order. Promised me it would ship from Ca. that day. it didn't ship till two days after. When i called him back he hasn't returned my calls....bummer to be me this weekend, car almost done and NO parts.....

No offense taken - I ship orders daily, contact folks constantly & work with everyone I can...if I receive an email or PM, I hop on it...but sometimes they just don't come through for whatever reason! & if they don't come through, I never know it unless a person lets me know they tried to email or PM!
