Fuel additive?

Hi Guys, I have a 1965 A.H. 3000 with 14,000 miles on it original. I was wondering if there is a fuel additive that will substitute the lead that was in gas years ago? Thanks for your help. Bobby R

Yep, It is for off road use only and I do not know if it can be sold in your state legally. It is called "Real Lead". However, unless you drive the healey exceptionally hard it will not require an additive. OTOH, most of the fuel additives offered in the auto stores can be classified as 'Snake OIL'---Fwiw--Keoke

Hi Wana, I'll try to put some pictures of my 65 Healey soon. It was my dad's car and it got lost in his estate.I didn't even he had it until three months ago.He was the original owner and he took good care of it.It was delivered to me and I've been having a great time with it. I've been using CD2 for years and no problems and I think a lot of the North Texas guys were using it too.
