It will fit, but NOT with minimal fuss. The gas thank that came with my BN1 was destroyed. So I cut off the filler neck and enough metal around its base so that I can weld it onto a tank from a 3000. I will then weld a blank over the 3000 filler hole. The 3000 tank is the same size as the BN1 tank.
