T-Series 5 Speed Transmission

T9 is in the car. Lots of little things to do, filling with oil, checking all mounting bolts, etc.

Really looks "proper" Paul! Nicely done.
 
I was surprised that with the crossbar cut out the tranny setting on a transmission jack slides right into place without any problems. the two bell housing guide pins were a little tight but all went well. :thumbsup2: The U joint on the new driveshaft rear flange is meatier and won't allow the original bolts to go in, so I'll have to take a couple of threads off the ends to shorten them so they will drop in. Less than 1/4 inch back and forth Freeplay on the shaft once mounted. Getting there. :hammer2:
