Ok, ok we all know buying a car on ebay is not a good idea, but I did it. I am now the new owner of a 66 spitfire. The guy took it on a trade, it ran and drove great when he got it. It has since then sat in storage for a year and a half. I talked to him on the phone he said the windshield is out of it, but it is in good shape body wise and interior wise. As for the engine I don't expect any serious work, just rebuilding the carb, possibly replacing the fuel pump, and draining the tank. Anyway anyone want t buy a 79 1500 spitfire? Here's a link to my new car. https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayIS...TRK%3AMEWN%3AIT
