British Field Day was today here in Utah, a gathering of British cars and bikes that brings all sorts of interesting stuff in from the wild. Nice line up of bikes today, including Triumph, Norton, Vincent, BSA, Sunbeam...

One shot here, plus more on my website:

Thanks for posting so we could all enjoy!
Some really rare birds among the bikes, Vincent, Squariel, old Norton, wow.
I'll confess I got that warm fuzzy feeling from the Morris Countryman, and really like the TD with an air scoop, (supercharged?). Great stuff!
Simon.

That junk yard car is a bit of an odd duck, true country-boy engineering but with British bits. It makes someone happy and that's a good thing. In person, that car is a bit odd, but overall I'd say that it works.

That TD was in front of me for a while as I was driving home. Nice sounds, and sure looked good on the road.

It's a great show -- no judging, just a lot of nice British cars and bikes for folks to see. We've got a great local club, no pretensions, just lots of LBC lovers. Everything gets admired, from that lowly Anglia to the full restored Jags and Rolls.

Someday Tunebug will make it back!

Just got a chance to look through this.

Old bikes are one of my other addictions (earned Life Member-AMA).
I love the Triumph trials single (called a "Cub", I think).
And the big "Squariel".

Great cars too.
Every show needs an Anglia like that.
And the Junkyard Kat owner obviously has had fun with his car....neat!
And it aways amazes me where Turners show up!

Thanks!

This was the show a few years ago the reminded me about LBC's (step-grandfather had a TD while I was growing up). I loved that Anglia, was great to see him run that on the auto course!

Great photos, Dru, thanks for posting.

Hey guys, what's the history on the Sunbeam bike? I've not seen one. Who owned Sunbeam? Was it British?

Interesting.

Yes its british, same company (kinda they became kinda separate in 1905) as made the cars. They made motorcycles since 1912 until 1956. I think the S7s are some of the best looking bikes ever made.

What a great place for a car and bike show. Thanks for sharing. What the #$%^ is a Turner? Looks like a fiberglass body like a berkly and a little v motor.
